The aim of Mental’O® is to give students and adults a better understanding of themselves, to help them choose what they want to do professionally and what they need in order to be happy in their working life. Learning more about yourself can help you better understand and focus on your strengths. Everybody is unique! Everyone needs to be respected for his or her own interests and specific talent.
Our method
The Mental’O® method, designed on the strength of our extensive knowledge of the professional world and study programs, has been recognized for its effectiveness and high-quality results.
Mental’O® takes into account each person's specific personality. Through our method, young people are able to leverage all their individual qualities and fully exploit their skills over and beyond their academic achievements.
Mental’O® is registered with INPI (France’s National Institute of Industrial Property). The Mental’O® coaching approach was distinguished by the weekly news supplement for students, Figaro étudiant, as the best vocational guidance method on the market. Its President, Armelle Riou, received two Femmes de l’Economie (Women of the Economy) trophies in 2016, the Auvergne Rhônes-Alpes Region’s Golden Trophy, and Bronze Trophy at the national contest, in the “Promising Company Female Director” category.
